This Privacy Policy describes how Nefirvo (“Nefirvo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) protects your privacy when you use the Nefirvo iOS application and related services (the “Services”).
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE NEFIRVO.
For purposes of this Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you personally, either alone or in combination with other information available to us. It does not include technical or aggregate information from which individual identities have been removed.
We respect the privacy of every individual who uses our Services. We may collect:
2.1 Nefirvo uses a Quick Start flow. You can begin using the app by tapping Start — no email, password, phone number, or third-party account registration is required.
2.2 After Quick Start, we may store only limited local session information on your device (for example, a device-generated identifier, signed-in status, and basic app preferences) so the app can remember that you have started and keep your local Film Vault / Skull balance available on that device.
2.3 Nefirvo does not use Facebook, Apple ID, Google, or other social-login providers for Quick Start. We do not collect a username/password pair for this entry flow.
2.4 Local session status is cleared when you log out. You may also use Settings → Delete Account to erase broader local history, coin records, and profile data on the device, or contact support@nefirvo.com for assistance.
When you use Nefirvo, certain network and device information may be generated:
We may collect limited logs such as app interactions related to generation requests, timestamps, error codes, crash diagnostics, and basic request metadata to operate the Services, maintain security, and improve reliability.
We may collect device model, operating system version, language/region settings, and similar technical details.
The Nefirvo mobile app does not use cookies to track users across apps or websites. If you open our web-hosted legal pages in Safari, standard browser storage may apply under your browser settings.
4.1 To use Poster Incubator or Story Vault, you need to provide a photo (from Camera or Photo Library) and may provide text prompts or story hints. Microphone / speech recognition may be used only if you choose voice-to-text. You may revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
4.2 Generation requires an internet connection and is processed on our own servers / proprietary AI service. Images and prompts you submit are transmitted via encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) to protect the transmission process.
4.3 Uploaded images and prompts are used only to fulfill your requested generation task. They are not used to train or improve our AI models, and are not sold or provided to third-party AI platforms.
4.4 Please save important results promptly. Generated results that you keep in Film Vault are stored locally on your device under your control. Temporary server-side processing copies used for generation are deleted after the task completes (see Sections 5–6).
5.1 Depending on the generation model and task, processing may involve temporary analysis needed to create the output, which can include human/silhouette detection, facial-region detection, facial landmark/key-point detection, pose/skeleton cues, clothing cues, or style cues. The sole purpose is to generate the requested poster or story result.
5.2 Any such temporary detections are obtained only after you grant the relevant permission (for example, Photo Library or Camera access) and submit content for generation.
5.3 Before deletion, we apply a reasonable standard of care to store, transmit, and protect temporary processing data from unauthorized disclosure, with protections at least equivalent to those used for other sensitive operational data.
5.4 We do not use facial data, key points, or body-detection data to identify or verify any individual.
5.5 We do not create biometric identifiers or user identity profiles from your photos.
5.6 Temporary detection/cache data is processed only for generating the requested AI output and is deleted after processing.
5.7 We do not retain server-side raw upload copies beyond the generation period after the task is completed.
Proprietary AI declaration: Nefirvo’s content-generation capability is powered by our own / self-operated proprietary AI service. We do not rely on third-party consumer AI platforms to process your facial data, and we do not sell, rent, or share facial data or uploaded content with external AI providers for their independent use.
When you upload portraits or other photos for poster/story generation, we may temporarily detect facial regions or facial key points only as needed to produce the requested creative result. Facial feature processing occurs on our own servers during the generation process only.
We do not permanently collect, store, or retain facial biometric templates, facial feature datasets, or raw uploaded images on our servers after generation completes. Once the AI generation task is finished, temporary facial data, original upload caches used for processing, and related server memory/cache data are permanently deleted, with no residual biometric template retained.
Facial data will never be used for AI model training, commercial promotion, advertising profiles, identity verification, or any purpose unrelated to completing your current generation request. All facial-data handling is intended to comply with applicable privacy regulations.
7.1 Self-owned AI service. Nefirvo states that its AI generation pipeline is a proprietary service operated for Nefirvo. Generation requests are processed to return your poster or story output and are not used to build a public social feed.
7.2 What we do not do. We do not sell personal information. We do not provide your uploaded images, facial data, or generated outputs to third-party AI companies for model training or independent commercial exploitation.

7.4 Advertising / analytics SDKs. Nefirvo’s core product does not require third-party advertising networks to operate generation. If future optional analytics/attribution tools are added, we will update this Policy and, where required, request App Tracking Transparency permission.
We access these capabilities only after you grant permission, and only for the related feature.
We do not disclose images you upload for generation unless you yourself share/save the results, or disclosure is required by law / valid legal process, or you consent.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information from unauthorized access and improper use, and we update these measures as appropriate. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Skull packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Refund eligibility and processing follow Apple’s App Store refund rules and procedures (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support). Before requesting a refund, please confirm purchase details in your Apple account purchase history.
Nefirvo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Guardians should supervise minors’ use of creative tools.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nefirvo.com. Rights may be limited where legally required.
Nefirvo is intended for overseas users. If you use the app from another country, information may be processed in regions where our proprietary infrastructure operates, with applicable safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will post the latest Policy to this page. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
